About Kryptfi

A swap desk that trades one coin for another without asking who you are.

Kryptfi does one thing: it swaps one cryptocurrency for another, across chains, at a
rate you see before you commit.

There is no account to open. You pick a pair, we quote it, you send the deposit to the
address shown, and the coins arrive at the address you gave us. What you get is an order
reference — that reference is the whole relationship.

How a swap works

  1. Quote. You choose what you're sending and what you want back. We ask several

liquidity providers at once and quote you the best route we can get, with our margin
already included — the figure you see is the figure you get.

  1. Order. You give us the address to send the swapped coins to, and a refund address

in case the swap can't complete. We hand back a deposit address and a reference.

  1. Deposit. You send the coins. We watch the chain for them.
  2. Delivery. The swap executes and the coins go to your receiving address. The order

page tracks every step and keeps working after the swap is done.

What we quote

Fixed rate locks the number at quote time — what's shown is what's delivered, provided
your deposit arrives before the quote expires. Floating rate follows the market until
your deposit confirms, which can land above or below the estimate.

Whichever you pick, the rate already includes our margin. See Fees & limits for
exactly what is taken and by whom.

What we don't do

  • We don't hold your funds as a balance. There is no wallet to top up and nothing to

withdraw later. Coins move through a swap and out again.

  • We don't ask who you are. No email, no phone, no document, no account.
  • We don't keep your IP address. It is used in memory to rate-limit abuse and is never

written to a database, a log or a backup. See our Privacy policy.

  • We can't reverse a sent transaction. Blockchains don't work that way — which is why

the address you type matters more than anything else on the page.

When something goes wrong

Swaps fail. A provider stalls, a deposit arrives short, a network congests. Every order has
a support thread on its own page that reaches us with the reference already attached, and
an order that can't complete is refunded to the refund address you supplied.
